Pastoral and Discipleship Coordinator

We're looking for someone to coordinate care, deliver key courses, and support ministry teams.

This role will help create a joined-up, missionfocused pathway — from first contact to deepening discipleship — ensuring our evangelism and follow-up are intentional, coordinated and Spirit-led.

Contract Type: Three-year fixed term

Hours: 30 / 37.5 hours per week

Salary range: £30 - £35k per annum (pro rata)
