Annual Parochial Church Meeting
Every year the Annual Parochial Church Meetings take place between January and 31 May. Each PCC is responsible for setting a date within this timeframe.
A letter with information and a helpful tick list is being sent out to all PCC Secretaries, Administrators, Churchwardens and Clergy, in:
• January – when there is a revision of the Electoral Roll (ER)
• November – the year before a New ER

AGM
Usually before the APCM the AGM takes place to elect the Churchwardens. Anyone living in the parish, whether they attend the church or not, can attend the AGM and elect the churchwardens.
Submitting the number on the ER and Changes to parish roles
Electoral Roll (ER) As soon as the Electoral Roll has been revised or newly created the number needs to be submitted to Church House via: er@chester.anglican.org
Changes to Parish Roles Who? – Parish Updater Once a year, after the APCMs the Parish Updater reviews and updates the details for their parish, even if there are no changes. A guide and information relating to this are sent out separately at the beginning of the year.
