Pastoral Supervision

For several years now, we have offered Pastoral Supervision as a free resource for licensed clergy.

We are undertaking a short review of the diocesan Pastoral Supervision Scheme, and as part of that review we are inviting clergy who have not engaged with the scheme to complete a brief survey.

Those who are currently using the scheme, have previously used it, or have made enquiries about it will receive a separate survey focused on their direct experience. This survey is intended primarily to hear from those who have not engaged, so that the review also reflects the wider picture across the diocese.

We are particularly keen to understand levels of awareness of the scheme, how clearly it is understood, and what support clergy currently find most helpful. This is not an assessment of individuals, and there is no expectation that clergy should have used, or wish to use, pastoral supervision. We are simply seeking to listen well and learn from a broad range of perspectives.

The survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous unless you choose to provide contact details.
