We are seeking a part-time incumbent for this semi-rural parish of central church tradition in mid Cheshire. The post is for Sunday duties plus two days per week in return for a 15% stipend and the provision of a modern parsonage. There are strong links with local schools, and committed and supportive lay leadership.
We need a leader who will:
· Encourage the congregation to live out their faith in daily life
· Provide pastoral support within the community
· Foster a strong safeguarding culture in the parish
· Be happy to delegate and encourage involvement from church members
· Communicate effectively
· Help to grow the congregation and build on the links with our local schools.
