May 2026 - The following have been announced since March 2026:



APPOINTMENTS


BENTLIFF               Jeremy David

Currently Vicar in the parish of Hyde St George with St Thomas (1608), in the deanery of Mottram, to be Team Vicar of the parish of All Saints, Macclesfield (1522), in the Macclesfield team and Deanery of Macclesfield, with effect from 2 September 2026.

 

KYDD                      Gaynor

Formerly Assistant Curate at Thurstaston (0811), in the deanery of Wirral North, now Assistant Curate-in-Training of the parish of St Hilary, Wallasey (0710), in the Deanery of Wallasey, with effect from 22 February 2026.

 

RAMBLE                 Anugrah Daniel

Currently Strategic Area Dean of Oldham and Ashton and Assistant Curate of the parish of Leesfield St Thomas in the Diocese of Manchester, to be Vicar of the parish of Stockport St George (1811), in the Deanery of Stockport, with effect from 21 July 2026.

 

SMITH                    Joseph Luke

Currently Assistant Priest at St John the Baptist, Cardiff City Centre and Anglican Chaplain to Cardiff University in the Church in Wales, to be Vicar of the parish of Alsager with Hassall Green (1301), in the Deanery of Congleton, with effect from 20 July 2026.

 

TURNER                 Christine Margaret

Currently Assistant curate, known as Associate Minister, of the parish of Liscard the Resurrection (0703), in the Deanery of Wallasey, to be Vicar of the parishes of Seacombe (0709) and Poulton (0708), and Priest-in-Charge of the parish of Liscard the Resurrection (0703), in the Deanery of Wallasey, with effect from 30 June 2026.



RETIREMENTS


BLAY                       Ian

Currently Rector of the Parish of Mobberley (1410), in the deanery of Knutsford, retiring with effect from 31 July 2026.

 

MILLINCHIP         Susan Jane

Currently Associate Minister of the Parishes of Whitegate (0617) and Little Budworth (0606), in the deanery or Middlewich, retiring with effect from 1 July 2026.
