Emergency Repairs

Before calling an emergency call-out provider, please bear in mind that they will charge the Diocese at ‘out of hours’ rates, which can be very expensive.  Please consider whether the matter could wait until instructions can be given during office hours by the Housing Department.

In case of emergencies out of hours, at weekends, evenings or public holidays, please contact the numbers below:

For structural damage, major leaks, loss of power, break-ins, etc

If in doubt, you should contact your Archdeacon for further advice.

You should provide full details of any problem including location (ie which room in the house or if it is an outside issue) and the nature of the problem (i.e. escape of water; water ingress; complete loss of power). 

Please Note - Emergency temporary repairs only may be undertaken with a full repair being carried out at a later date in normal working hours.
