Flourish

Flourish is an innovative Church of England pilot project currently taking place in 42 primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges across the country.
Flourish projects are collaborative partnerships between children and young people, schools, and local churches, working together to develop new intergenerational worshipping communities meeting within school settings outside of the school day.
Over the past two years, four Flourish projects have been established within the Diocese of Chester, all of which have achieved encouraging and positive outcomes. Following the success of the initial pilot, the National Church is launching a second cohort of Flourish projects. We are delighted that the Diocese of Chester has once again been selected to participate and will receive partial funding to support a further four projects.
From September, we will be inviting applications from schools and local churches across the diocese who would like to join the Flourish network in the diocese, and work together to establish a Flourish project in their community.
