About the Online Faculty System

The Online Faculty System will be replaced by the Buildings Management Portal from early October. The Buildings Management Portal has been developed by the central Church as a complete overhaul of how faculties, List Bs and TMROs are processed online.

The Online Faculty System will therefore close on 30 September.

The Buildings Management Portal will become available for use from 6 October (with a stabilisation period up to 14 October).

Existing applications will be automatically transferred over to the Buildings Management Portal. You will however need to re-register to use the Buildings Management Portal once it goes live in October.

The Buildings Management Portal will work alongside the existing CMS.

We are awaiting training material including videos, and once they have been provided we will make them available for view via the diocesan website.

There will inevitably be a settling in period for once the Buildings Management Portal has gone live and the DAC office will be on hand to provide any guidance and support needed while we all get used to working with the new system. It is intended that the Buildings Management Portal is more user friendly and easier to use than the existing Online Faculty System.
