Wholehearted - Money and Discipleship

Valentines Day (14 February) marks the launch of a new resource to spark open, hopeful conversations about money and discipleship in Chester Diocese.
Building on the honest dialogue that shaped our diocesan vision, Wholehearted aims to equip churches and individuals with encouragement, practical tools for talking about money, including Parish Share with real‑life stories and practical tips, to deepen our shared discipleship.

Issue 1 of the digital magazine goes live just before Lent, the season traditionally linked with themes of living and giving generously. It features Chester Diocese's Digital Giving Adviser, Bessia Kanengoni and a rich mix of voices, insights, and resources.Â
Wholehearted Editor, Harriet Roberts (Diocesan Director of Communications) says: "Wholehearted sets out not only to inform but to inspire, bringing clarity to complex topics. In the process of tackling this subject and pulling the magazine together, my own attitude to giving has changed. I hope readers will find the tone hopeful, real, and grounded in the joy found at the heart of the Gospel."Â
