The Diocese of Chester and Chester Cathedral have welcomed the publication of the INEQE Independent Safeguarding Audit, which provides a detailed and constructive assessment of safeguarding practice, culture and capacity.

Consultation Information
Revitalising our deaneries, so that they have more devolved ability to shape and manage mission and ministry within their area, is at the heart of our diocesan strategy.
We are consulting the whole diocese about these proposals. This is your chance to respond.
Consultation started on 21 Aug and will run until 28 Sep 2026.
